Our guidelines ensure a high-quality experience for both
speakers and attendees
1. Submission Guidelines
All proposals must be submitted through our official submission portal by 12th November 2025.
Proposals should include a clear title, concise abstract (max 300 words), and detailed outline of the
presentation.
Speakers must provide a professional biography (max 150 words) and high-resolution headshot.
All submissions will be reviewed by our selection committee based on relevance, originality, and
potential value to attendees.
Multiple submissions are allowed, but we typically accept only one talk per speaker to ensure
diversity of voices.
2. Presentation Requirements
Presentations should adhere to the assigned time slot (typically 30-45 minutes plus Q&A).
Slides must be submitted at least one week before the event for technical review.
Content must be original or properly attributed with permissions secured for any third-party
materials.
Presentations should be accessible, with readable fonts, sufficient color contrast, and alt text for
images.
3. Speaker Benefits
Travel & Accommodation Coverage
Eligibility: All confirmed speakers are entitled to travel support.
Coverage:
Up to €800 for speakers traveling from within the EU.
Up to €1,400 for speakers traveling from outside the EU.
What's included: economy-class flights or train tickets, local transport (excluding personal
taxis), and accommodation for the duration of the conference.
Booking: Whenever possible, bookings are made directly by the organizing team. If speakers prefer
to book themselves, reimbursement will be made upon receipt of invoices within the stated limits.
Speaker's Fee
A speaker's fee is provided in accordance with the budget allocations calculated for this edition
of QualityConnect.
Details of the honorarium will be confirmed in the official speaker agreement.
Transfers
Airport / train station transfers to the official conference hotel or venue will be provided for
all speakers.
Access to Conference & Workshops
All speakers receive complimentary full access to:
The two-day conference program.
All workshops (space permitting, advance registration may be required).
Additional Notes
Meals during official conference hours are provided.
Any personal expenses outside the outlined coverage (e.g., minibar, leisure activities, extended
hotel stays) are the responsibility of the speaker.
Reimbursements are processed within 30 days after receipt of proper invoices and bank details.
Access to the speakers' lounge with refreshments throughout the event.
Professional recording of your session (with your permission).
Promotion of your session across our social media channels and event platform.
Networking opportunities with other speakers and industry leaders at exclusive speaker events.
